Junior Member Declaration

To be completed by the parent/guardian of members under the age of 18.

Following recent changes to the Guild’s Privacy Policy members are asked to complete the following Membership Declaration and Data Privacy Consent forms.

Adult members should use the Adult Form, here.

I understand that my personal details will be stored and used to manage my membership of the Guild in accordance with that policy and that I will receive communications from the Guild, Branch and Associated Ringing Organisations regarding news, events, activities and services also in accordance with that policy.

I understand that my personal details will be stored and used to advise members of important operational matters and in order to produce an accurate record of Member’s data in the Annual Handbook and Report.
