Novice Striking Competition – Official Notice

The Novice Striking Competition will be held at Chiseldon on 11th July commencing at 2:00pm.

The programme for the afternoon is:

2:00 – 3:30pmCompetition (end time approximate depending on number of entries)
3:30 – 4:30pmOpen Ringing and socialising
4:30 – 5:30pmTea in the Village Hall, (Please note this is a Bring and Share tea. Teas and coffees, etc., will be available)
5:00pmCompetition Results and presentations
  • The draw will be made a week in advance of the competition and each team will be notified then of their time slot.
  • Each Branch may enter up to two teams and at the joint discretion of the President and the Master in advance of the competition
  • Team entries to be notified as early as possible – at the latest by 6 pm on Friday 3rd July 2026 to David Hacker – email hidden; JavaScript is required


A team may be entered comprising members from two or more branches. A ringer may only ring in one team in the competition.
