A call for help from all members.
The Guild is keen to find out what support our members would like to have regarding recruitment and early stage development of new ringers, and with that in mind we would ask you to complete the short questionnaire which you will find by following this link…
We would like as many people as possible to complete the survey, especially:
- Towers wishing to recruit new ringers
- Those who have started their learning journey within the last couple of years or so
- Ringing teachers with recent experience of recruitment and early stage development
Since sending out the survey request last week we have been immensely gratified to have had over 200 responses but we would like contributions from every member if possible. All comments will be valued.
If you haven’t yet completed the questionnaire please do so as soon as you can as the Recruitment and Development Workgroup set up by the Executive are keen to press on with developing some actions depending on what we learn from your responses. We will be compiling our interim report on the findings in two weeks so please let us have your response before that for your input to be included. Better still, do it today before it gets shunted to the back of your mind!
