At a recent Mere Branch Outing, ringer Sara Keith was presented with her First Quarter Certificate. The presentation was made at Longburton, the first venue on the outing, by Judith Williamson, Mere Branch Training Officer and Guild VP.
The Quarter had been rung at All Saints Church Westbury on Sunday 23rd June 2024 in 49m (18–3–3 in E♯)

Congratulations to Sara from the Chairman, Officers, Committee and all Members of the Mere Branch on successfully ringing her First Quarter, at her first attempt.
Sara only restarted ringing, following a gap of several decades, for Ring for the King in May last year.
Nick Dallison, Angie Jasper, and Chris Jenkins are to be associated with this quarter; all have helped with the development of Sara’s ringing.
