Sara Lawrence – 1st Quarter Peal

Sara Lawrence from Frampton rang her first quarter peal today, 11th December, at Spetsbury. Sara started ringing at Frampton in September 2022 and joined other interested villagers after a recruitment request on social media. Due to issues with the bells at Frampton, the bulk of Sara’s learning has happened at Maiden Newton where we were welcomed by Tower Captain, Sylvia Fowler, to enable the new band to continue ringing.

For the past 6 months Sara has joined other learners at ringing groups across the county and completed her first quarter peal today. We are all delighted to see Sara making such great progress.
