A meeting of Tower Captains and Correspondents took place in the Mere Branch on Thursday 13th June 2024 with around twenty people in attendance, representing about half the total number of towers within the Branch, to hear David Hacker, past Guild President and former Guild Education Officer, give a presentation and talk entitled “Running a Good Practice”.

Following a break for refreshments, a range of ideas were explored and a “Question and Answer” session was followed by a general discussion on a wide range of topics.

On Behalf of the Mere Branch Membership, our Branch Training Officer, Judith Williamson, thanked David for a very interesting and thought-provoking presentation and presented him with a bottle of wine as a token of our gratitude.
