Today was Sir David Attenborough’s 100th birthday – such a significant achievement for such an inspirational man!
Reaching a century is a remarkable milestone, but what makes this moment truly extraordinary is the immeasurable impact he has had on our understanding of the natural world; it’s beauty, fragility and the wonder of life on Earth.
We are a band of bellringers who ring in churches across the historic and scenic Vale of Pewsey in Wiltshire. To commemorate his 100th birthday we rang at Upavon & Pewsey towers this afternoon.
On this special birthday, our bells celebrated a lifetime of purpose, passion and profound influence, especially in these unsettling times.
