Young Ringers News

On behalf of the young ringers, I would like to thank all those guild members who have made a donation to the young ringers’ group at the same time as paying their guild subs; your generosity is much appreciated and the money will be spent on tower donations and refreshments.

Following well-attended practices at Evershot & Maiden Newton (January) and Stourpaine & Shroton (February), our March practice will be in the Warminster area (date still to be decided). Full details of upcoming practices are always available via the guild calendar or Young Ringers page.

All young ringers under the age of 25 are welcome. Parents are welcome to stay if they wish. If a young ringer would like their ringing teacher to come along with them, that’s fine too but there are always experienced ringers present to support the young people as required.

Parents of young ringers who are attending for the first time are asked to complete a permission form and either bring a hard copy along on the day or email it back to me.
